Mexican Magic Truffles - Psilocybe Mexicana \u2013 Flesh of the Gods<\/h2>\nPsilocybe Mexicana (Mexican Magic Truffles) has played a very important role in the recent history of psychedelic mushrooms. Indigenous people living in South America had been familiar with this species for thousands of years, a phenomenon largely unknown to Westerners. In 1957, Albert Hofmann (discoverer of LSD) managed to isolate and identify the substances called psilocybin and psilocin in his Swiss laboratory. He made this discovery with this very variety: Psilocybe Mexicana. All our truffles can be stored unopened in the refrigerator in their original packaging for 3-4 months. Once opened, they will only keep for about 2 days. <\/div>\n
